Shipping + Returns Policy

Regular priced items in new, unused condition with original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All international orders are final.

If you would like to return an item, please email with your order number and item number(s) you wish to return. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Sorry, we do not offer free shipping on returns. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Returns received without a RAN will incur a $5 handling fee.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away and we will exchange it for the same item. Email for help with your exchange.

Returns are not accepted on sale items.

Order Changes
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at Once your order has entered our system, we cannot change it, but we’ll do our best to assist.



Domestic Shipping
All orders within the US will ship via USPS first class mail unless otherwise selected. We do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your package. If you’d like your order quicker, please select Priority or Priority Express shipping.

First class packages are not insured. If you would like insurance, please select a different shipping method at checkout. Little Dumplings is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

International Shipping
International orders ship with international first class USPS; shipping time and fees vary by location. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. First class packages have tracking numbers but they are not insured. If you would like insurance please select priority shipping.

Priority orders should arrive within 8-10 business days.

Please note: Little Dumplings is not responsible for any international duties due upon receipt.
All International orders are final.

Returned packages
If your package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please be sure to verify your shipping information at checkout.

Lost Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages once they have shipped. If you’d like your package to be insured, please choose the Priority or Priority Express shipping option at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office immediately. Domestic first class packages generally arrive in 5-7 business days and international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks. Little Dumplings will not issue refunds for lost first class packages. We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option.
